Free eLearning for charities

Charities can benefit from Charity Learning Consortium (CLC)’s free eLearning resources during Adult Learners’ Week (16-20 May).

As part of its Race Online 2012 promise, 150 CLC courses are available to charities who email Melanie Wenban, Customer Care Co-ordinator mwenban@charitylearning.org by Thursday 12 May.

“I encourage all charities and not for profits to take advantage of this offer. It’s a great opportunity for charities to support any staff that have never used the internet to do so,” Martin Baker, MD and founder of CLC.

Founded and coordinated by the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE) and backed by supporters such as BIS and Community Learning Champions, Adult Learners’ Week celebrates and inspires learning, from the fun to the formal.  Thousands of events take place across the UK every year and last year, an estimated 100,000 adults got involved.
